While we take reasonable steps to verify identities at signup, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any listing.

Customers should evaluate any merchant before engaging them — including by reading reviews, asking for credentials or insurance information where relevant, and clarifying scope, pricing, and timing before booking. OneasyLife does not vouch for individual merchant quality.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, OneasyLife is not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, injury, or unsatisfactory outcome arising from services obtained via merchants listed on the Platform. Liability rests with the merchant providing the service.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
