Terms of Use

OneasyLife is a directory and showcase platform that helps Melbourne local service merchants — initially cleaning services — present their offerings to potential customers. We provide listing and website tools; we do not provide the underlying services and we are not a party to any transaction between merchants and customers.

To list as a merchant you must be at least 18 years old, legally able to operate the relevant business in Australia, and able to enter into a binding agreement. By submitting an application you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current.

Merchants are responsible for the content they submit (business descriptions, photos, pricing, contact details). By submitting content, you confirm that you own or are authorised to use it, and you grant OneasyLife a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and adapt it for the purpose of operating the Platform.

OneasyLife showcases merchant information but does not endorse, certify, or guarantee any merchant's services. Quality, scheduling, pricing, and outcomes of services are the sole responsibility of the merchant. Customers should evaluate merchants independently before engaging them.

Currently, bookings and payments occur directly between customers and merchants (e.g. via WhatsApp, WeChat, phone). The Platform does not process payments and does not hold funds. Disputes between customers and merchants are between those parties.

You agree not to: submit false, misleading, or deceptive information; impersonate another business; post unlawful, harassing, or infringing content; attempt to disrupt the Platform's operation; or scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without permission.

We may remove listings, suspend or terminate accounts, and refuse service at our discretion, particularly where we believe a merchant has breached these Terms, posted misleading information, or harmed customer trust.

The Platform, including its design, logo, software, and arrangement of content, is owned by OneasyLife. Merchant content remains the merchant's property under the licence above.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, OneasyLife provides the Platform "as is" and disclaims all warranties not expressly granted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page; continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
