For merchants who join the platform, we collect the contact name, email, phone number, business name, service descriptions, pricing, coverage areas, business photos, and any other content you choose to submit. For visitors browsing the site, we may collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We do not store payment card information; transactions between customers and merchants occur outside the platform.

We use the information you provide to: build and operate your merchant profile and (where offered) standalone merchant website; display your services to potential customers; communicate with you about your account, applications, and platform updates; improve the platform and detect misuse. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Merchant profile content (business name, services, reviews, photos) is published publicly to help customers find you — that is the purpose of the platform. Contact details you mark for public display (e.g. WhatsApp number, WeChat ID) are also published. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (e.g. hosting, analytics) under appropriate confidentiality terms, and where required by law.
